INFORM3 are currently recruiting for a Site Foreman/Project Manager for a busy Civils Contractor for civils projects in Cork.

The client is seeking candidates with in-depth knowledge in civils and who can take on responsibility and work off their own initiative in a busy working environment.

Site Foreman/PM Job Spec

• Managing day to day running of construction site
• Working in a multi-functionary team environment
• Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
• Cooperating with the Site and Project Manager
• Attending meetings on a weekly basis
• Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities
• Assisting with control of equipment on site
• Maintaining quality control checks

Site Foreman/PM Requirements

• 3 years+ General Foreman / Project Management experience
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
