About the role

We're looking for an experienced Exhibitions Project Manager to join Skyline Whitespace, delivering high-quality exhibition and event projects for clients across the UK and internationally.

This is a hands on role where you'll take full ownership of projects from initial brief through to on-site delivery. You'll be working with internal teams, external suppliers, and clients to make sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

You'll also play a key part in supporting the wider team, helping to maintain standards and improve how we deliver projects.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing projects end-to-end, from handover to delivery
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients
  • Planning timelines and coordinating internal teams (design, production, graphics)
  • Managing budgets, costings, and supplier negotiations
  • Overseeing production quality and ensuring high standards are met
  • Coordinating logistics, installation, and on-site delivery where required
  • Working with external suppliers including AV, build, and logistics partners
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to team processes

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Confident working with clients and stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets

Working pattern

Office Based - Standard hours are 09:00 to 17:30, with flexibility required around live events, travel, and key project deadlines.
