Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a £6 million groundworks package in Oxfordshire.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing both the technical and operational aspects of the site while maintaining strong communication with the client.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a complex groundworks package to programme and budget
• Manage site operations across both phases of the project
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure HSEQ standards are met at all times
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and stakeholders
• Provide regular reporting and updates using appropriate software

• Previous experience in Project Management (on commercial groundworks project)
• Background as a Site / Senior Engineer
• Experience delivering groundworks or civil engineering packages
• Computer literate - proficient in MS Project, Excel and other relevant tool
• Able to manage subcontractors and co-ordinate multiple teams
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable in a client-facing role

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC in civil engineering (preferred)
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
