Our client is an established Main Contractor with over 30 years' experience delivering high-quality Education, Residential, Healthcare and Public-Sector projects across Ireland. Known for strong safety standards, ISO-accredited quality systems and a collaborative culture, they offer long-term career stability, modern construction environments and genuine pathways for progression.
They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a new school build in South Dublin, a flagship education project set within a growing programme of Department of Education works.

• Manage programme, budget, quality benchmarks and commercial performance
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants and client representatives
• Oversee subcontractors and site teams, ensuring efficient workflow
• Drive and enforce strong Health & Safety culture across the site
• Produce detailed progress reports and communicate with senior management

• Proven experience as a Project Manager (education build experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, budgets and programme targets
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, building regulations and safety
• Proficient in project planning software; BIM experience an advantage
