Cast UK are supporting an established and fast growing manufacturing business is seeking a commercially aware Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple projects within a high pressure mechanical and electrical production environment

This is a hands on role with full accountability for planning, executing and closing projects, ensuring delivery to budget, quality, safety and customer expectations

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage detailed project plans across multiple live projects
• Monitor milestones, budgets and delivery performance
• Collaborate cross functionally with Engineering, Production, NPI and HSE
• Provide weekly progress updates and manage stakeholder communication
• Drive continuous improvement through SQCDP, 5S and waste reduction initiatives
• Ensure projects meet internal and external quality targets and on time delivery commitments

About You:

• Proven Project Management experience within a mechanical or electrical manufacturing environment
• Confident managing multiple projects at varying stages of complexity
• Strong communicator with excellent Microsoft Office capability
• Comfortable operating in a fast paced, performance driven setting
