£35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus

The Role:

We're looking for a Project Manager to join a high-growth D2C brand, to specialise across technology, operations, and E-commerce.

This role plays a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly by coordinating stakeholders, maintaining governance routines, and supporting change implementation across the business. You will also provide leadership to a small team supporting transformation activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the delivery of projects across technology, operations and E-commerce

Developing and maintaining project documentation including SOPs, process flows, project plans, timelines and milestones

Tracking project progress, risks and dependencies and escalating where required

Coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams

Supporting communication across stakeholders throughout the project life cycle

Maintaining governance routines including status reporting and project updates

Supporting testing, rollout and implementation activities

Key Requirements:

Experience in a project management, PMO or delivery support role

Strong experience within the Retail/E-commerce market

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously

Clear and confident communication skills

Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
