Project Manager

Salary/rate: £75000.00 - £82000.00 per annum + car allowance + package + bonus

Due to continued growth and a strong land bank across the region, a leading national housebuilder is seeking a Project Manager to take the lead on a major residential development near Colchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business known for its consistent build programme and high-volume output.

The Role

• Leading the delivery of a large-scale residential development from inception to handover
• Managing multiple Site Managers and site teams
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company quality standards
• Maintaining high levels of health & safety and site compliance
• Liaising with internal departments and senior management on progress and performance

About You

• Strong track record in volume housebuilding at Project Manager level
• Experience delivering multi-unit housing developments for a national or regional developer
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified
• Commercial awareness and programme control experience
• Package
