As part of our development, and following the acquisition of new projects, we are looking for an experienced project manager who wishes to invest sustainably in a human-sized structure where individual impact is truly recognized.What we offer you:- A position with decision-making autonomy and concrete responsibilities- Challenging, technically varied, and rewarding projects- A united, dynamic, and solution-oriented team- A corporate culture based on trust and collaboration- Compensation in line with your experience and skills- Flexibility in workload (80-100%)- A stable working environment within a recognized groupYour role:As a true conductor of execution, you will:- Plan, organize, and supervise all phases of execution- Lead the bidding processes and negotiate with contractors- Coordinate the activities of stakeholders on the construction sites- Ensure the tracking of costs, budgets, and deadlines- Guarantee quality of execution up to commissioning- Conduct site meetings and write minutes- Ensure compliance with legal standards (safety, health, environment)- Collaborate closely with the internal project manager, as well as with engineers and partnersYou are the guarantor of the good progress of the project - from conception to delivery. Qualifications:- Degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or complementary training in construction management ES/ET (a minimum of 3 years of experience in site management in Switzerland)- Solid capacity for leadership and project management- Sense of responsibility and solution-oriented mindset- Ease and skills in team leadership and a willingness to invest in a growing company- Valid B driver's licenseStart Date:Immediately or to be agreed uponReady to take on the challenge?
