Project manager

Project manager vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout the project
• Coordinate desk sharing implementation for workspaces, including furniture procurement and delivery
• Manage handworkers and coordinate logistics for office space transformations
• Develop and execute comprehensive project timelines and workflow plans
• Ensure accurate creation and implementation of layout plans
• Provide stakeholder management and regular project updates

Your experience/knowledge:

• 8-12 years of project management experience at expert level
• Experience in workspace planning and office layout management
• CAD knowledge for technical drawings and space planning
• Strong coordination skills for managing multiple vendors and contractors
• Language skills: German

Your soft skills:

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Collaborative approach working within existing teams
