Our Refit & Services departments in our Shipyards are responsible for service, conversion and maintenance projects on the extensive Feadship fleet. The team manages relationships and provides aftermarket support and services to ensure clients enjoy the very best Feadship experience in maintaining, repairing and rebuilding their superyacht.
Feadship Refit & Services BV is the driving force behind growth and innovation in the aftermarket segment of the Feadship group. Our core responsibilities include designing, engineering and selling refit projects, as well as creating compelling commercial proposals. We develop new solutions and revenue streams that strengthen client relationships and enhance the overall Feadship experience. Beyond project delivery, we manage marketing and communication for the aftermarket on behalf of our shipyards, oversee strategic initiatives that bring innovations to life, and maintain a strong network of service partners. We also monitor market trends and intelligence to identify opportunities that keep Feadship ahead in the superyacht industry. By combining technical expertise, strategic insight and a client-first approach, we ensure every initiative improves efficiency, reduces costs, accelerates delivery and reinforces Feadship's leadership in the market.

What will you do?As a Project Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of primarily IT projects aimed at developing and enhancing our Refit & Services activities. You will play a key role in shaping and professionalizing the future Project Management Office (PMO), making a significant contribution to its setup and success.
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Collaborate closely with internal clients, product owners, contractors, and external partners to drive project success.
- Define project objectives, scope, and approach together with stakeholders.
- Create project charters and ensure the right resources and team members are in place.
- Plan timelines, deliverables, and deadlines efficiently and realistically.
- Monitor progress closely and report clearly to stakeholders and sponsors.
- Handle change requests and adjust plans flexibly as needed.
- Promote continuous improvements and optimize processes.
- Organize implementation and handover, including presentations, training, and supporting materials.
- Evaluate projects with internal clients and report results to management.
- Act as a key link between our shipyards, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
- Actively contribute to projects that reduce costs, speed up delivery, increase aftermarket revenue, and enhance client satisfaction.

For this position, you should bring:
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- The ability to work on projects independently with excellent self-organization.
- Experience in project management following the PMBOK Guide and Agile methodologies using Jira
- Proven experience with Salesforce implementation and optimization projects
- Knowledge of Magento and other e-commerce platforms, as well as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with ERP implementations and setting up PMO organizations.
- Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
Additionally, you are flexible and willing to work from our office in Hoofddorp, the Feadship shipyards in Aalsmeer, Amsterdam, Kaag, and Makkum, and to travel internationally on occasion.
A full-time position (32-40 hours per week) in an informal organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a beautiful product in the unique world of luxury yachts.

- Salary according to the Metalektro collective labour agreement;
- 40 days off per year for full-time employment (27 vacation days plus 13 ATV days);
