Contract length: 6 months contract subject to extend

Work Hour: 7.5 per day, 37.5 a week

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Project Manager working on behalf of a leading Energy services company.

In this role, you will act as focal point for all Customer issues concerning the company's rotating equipment fleet. Drive customer satisfaction and value add through ownership and entrepreneurship Some of other duties include;

• Planning and safe delivery of all outages, overseeing the production of outage documentation, maintaining, and developing mitigation strategies for all pre-identified or emerging risks.
• Planning and execution to be in accordance with Project ExcellenceCo-ordination of unscheduled maintenance activities and breakdowns ensuring that a structured and considered approach is adopted.
• Briefing of all personnel who shall travel to the Customer site. Conduct close monitoring of their activities whilst deployed and co-ordinate appropriate levels of support from Back Office functions.
• Commercially responsible for projects and customer accounts with a focus on maximizing profitability through scope & risk management and upsell.
• Lead and participate in cross functional improvement projects and initiatives to drive solutions in accordance with business needs
• Support Sales function by assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives to ensure project feasibility
• Develop strategic relationships with the product centers to ensure the desired level of service is attained across the fleet.
• Contribute to data quality in all business systems associated with allocated customer accounts
• Some travel to customer sites in the UK and visits to product centres abroad may be required

Requirements for the role:

• Passionate about energy and customer service
• A prior Customer Management role is essential.
• A proven track record in project management & delivery
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to deliver
• Commercial and customer focused
• Attention to detail and including safety at work Zero Harm, (IOSH desirable)
• Strong negotiating skills
• Able to network and develop key relationships at all levels
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Educated to degree level or equivalent in Engineering, Business or Project Management
• disciplines preferable
• Industry qualifications (APM, PRINCE2 or PMI) are desirable.
• Experience in use of Project Management tools OnePM, Microsoft Project, SAP, Salesforce or similar
