Project Manager

Manages end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. Executes project plan creation and maintenance, project budget management, change controls, risk and issue management.- PM Skills (Methodologies, budgeting, etc.): Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Hands on experience with budget management and risks/issues tracking & mitigation Expertise in project managing the full lifecycle on projects of 6+ month duration and budget > $500k Extensive experience working on client facing projects alongside a global team of Engineers, Sales/Account Management, and customer support- BA Skills: Scope and document SOWs for existing clients.- Communication/Stakeholder Mgmt Skills : Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Persistence and adaptability Comfortable with ambiguity Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, and strategic planning, and execution skills Flexibility - comfortable with wearing many hats Project Management experience delivering pricing, risk, and trading platform solutions on a range of projects pre or post sales (i.e. large scale, complex initiatives, and tactical and/or strategic projects) Understanding of the trade lifecycle. Proactive work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision Proactively mitigates project risks and issues, and has oversight and responsibility for the entire project independently. Builds strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders, resolves conflicts, and manages expectations for the entire project Ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations to support high-level decision-making. Requir ed Skills: 4-10 years total experience, with demonstrated project management or workstream/senior analyst experience Must have client implementations experience Financial Services Experience (Investment, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, etc).
