We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedProject Managerto oversee company and client projects from initiation through delivery. The role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes for both internal initiatives and external client implementations.

• Createscope documentationfor localisation and functional enhancements.
• Manage and maintainissue and request logsto ensure timely resolution and tracking.
• Managecompany internal projects, coordinating with head office as necessary, including projects related topayment gateways and API integrations.
• Project manage new client installations, ensuring smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Providesupport and assistancefor major international projects as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as aProject Managerin a technology, ticketing, or SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge ofproject management methodologies(e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity withAPI integrations, payment systems, and SaaS platformsis a strong advantage.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is a plus.
