Für eine der sichersten Banken in der Schweiz suchen wir einen erfahrenen Projektleiter (m/w/d) zur Leitung eines strategischen Projekts im Bereich Kunden- und Vertragsdatenmanagement. Ziel ist die Analyse der bestehenden Stammdatenlandschaft sowie die Entwicklung eines langfristigen Zielbilds zur Weiterentwicklung der Kunden- und Vertragsverwaltung.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

• Leitung eines Projekts zur Analyse und Optimierung der bestehenden Stammdatenlandschaft
• Entwicklung eines strategischen Zielbilds für die Kunden- und Vertragsverwaltung
• Koordination und Einbindung vielfältiger interner Anspruchsgruppen
• Definition konkreter Umsetzungsvarianten und Change-Pakete
• Sicherstellung der termingerechten Umsetzung von Projektmeilensteinen

Ihr Profil - Fachlich & Methodisch:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte, idealerweise im Bankenumfeld
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich CRM-Systeme und Kundenstammdaten
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten

Ihr Profil - Technologisch:

• Sehr gute Marktkenntnisse gängiger CRM- und Master Data Management (MDM)-Lösungen
• Verständnis für Datenarchitektur, Datenqualität und Governance
