Project Manager

Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing contracts, deadlines, and budgets, ensuring objectives are met;
• Support in evaluating and selecting suppliers and contractors;
• Help coordinate real estate project analysis across various phases;
• Help coordinate architectural, engineering, and specialty design teams to ensure alignment with defined objectives;
• Assist with preparing and launching tender processes, and reviewing proposals;
• Monitor project execution, focusing on quality and timeline;
• Help to ensure compliance with legal and quality standards;
• Help prepare progress reports and updates;
• Contribute to cost-saving and efficiency strategies;
• Support supplier and partner evaluations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field;
• At least 2-3 years of experience in project management, design, or construction, mainly in buildings' area;
• Experience in the real estate sector is a plus;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset;
• A good Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and MS Project;
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Fluent in Portuguese, with good English skills.
