Who Are You?
We are looking for a driven and structured project leader who thrives in a high-tech, fastpaced manufacturing setting. You bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or operations within a regulated industry.
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional project teams, preferably in aerospace manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus, or at least willingness to learn).
- Living within commuting distance Papendrecht.
