A fast-growing IT solutions provider is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the delivery of cloud, networking, and telephony projects for public sector and enterprise clients.
This remote-first role (with only one visit per month to the Manchester office, plus occasional ad-hoc site meetings) puts you at the centre of customer-facing engagements-from pre-sales through to service transition. You'll oversee projects involving cloud migrations, secure infrastructure, CCaaS, and contact centre platforms, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with both technical and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end project management for multiple concurrent projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from contract award through to go-live.
- Support pre-sales and bid activity with timelines, plans, and project input.
- Ensure a seamless service transition with thorough testing, documentation, and handover.
- Use project methodologies (Prince2, Agile, APMP) to maintain structure and delivery discipline.
- Track budgets, performance, and scope while managing risks and change control.
- Update internal tools (Salesforce, Teams, dashboards) with real-time project data.
Skills / Must Have:
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management (MSP, ISP, or public sector networking projects preferred).
- Experience managing cloud migrations or telephony projects (Avaya, Enghouse, CCaaS, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Familiarity with structured project management methodologies (Prince2, Agile, APMP).
- Able to work independently and remotely, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Background in secure infrastructure, CCaaS, or contact centre platforms.
- Experience in the public sector or regulated environments.
- Technical understanding of networking, cloud platforms, or unified communications.
