London - 3 days required in the office/ 2 from home
We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Manager to support the successful delivery of transformation initiatives for our client,a well-established organisation operating in the retail sector. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of project management experience who is ready to take the next step and contribute to meaningful change in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
You'll be part of a high-performing team, helping to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver a range of projects across various areas of our client's retailorganisation
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure objectives are met
- Apply consistent project delivery approaches and promote best practice across workstreams
- Support the implementation of solutions that align with our client'slong-term strategy
- Engage subject matter experts and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful adoption and training
- Lead projects through all phases, from initiation to closure
- Monitor budgets and provide regular financial reports
- ?Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and key documentation
- Coordinate resources effectively across teams to meet delivery milestones
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues
- Communicate progress clearly to senior stakeholders
- Track outcomes to ensure intended benefits are achieved
- Maintain structured governance and reporting throughout
- 1-3 years of project management experience, ideally within a retail or consumer-facing environment
- Solid organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Confident working with project budgets and reporting tools
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMP (certification desirable but not essential)
- Understanding of how change management supports successful delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain focused and adaptable in a changing environment
- A collaborative and dependable team player
- Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Professional and confident when working with senior stakeholders
- Committed to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes
