Project Manager - Regulatory Compliance

We're on the lookout for a skilled regulatory project manager to coordinate a complex, group-wide programme spanning three operating companies. You'll play a central role in ensuring regulatory submissions are accurate, timely, and fully evidenced, while driving high-quality audit action management and providing clear, structured reporting to senior leaders. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in multi-stakeholder environments and enjoys bringing order, rigour, and repeatability to critical regulatory processes.Experience and capabilities required

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a UK regulated environment (water, energy, or utilities preferred).
• Ability to work across multiple companies or business units with differing systems, data structures, and ownership models.
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance expectations.
• Confidence running structured audit action tracking, including evidence validation and closure sign-off.
• Comfortable collaborating with data and analytics teams to challenge, test, and verify regulatory data inputs.
