Project Manager - Multi Family / Affordable Housing Construction

Location: Greater New Haven Area

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from pre construction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Experience with multi family and/or affordable housing projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
