Russell Taylor Group is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager to start immediately in the West London area. Our client is a well-established Mechanical Services contractor based in London, working with industry-renowned companies. They are known for high standards of delivery.

The company delivers high-quality workmanship, service, and prides itself on building new and existing client relationships. They undertake projects including New Build, Shell & Core, Refurbishment, and Fast Track Fit Out work, with project sizes ranging from circa £500k to £5M.

You will need a proven track record in project management within the Mechanical sector. Experience with airports or similar projects valued between £500k and £6 million is preferred. The current project involves six existing buildings requiring stripping, fit-out, ductwork, pipework installation, basement pump replacements, and roof chiller replacements. The project duration is approximately 35 weeks per building, with the overall project running for three years. The ideal candidate will have delivered high-standard projects, worked closely with Tier 1 M&E Contractors, and be motivated to produce excellent results.
