Salary: £40k to £45k pa (depending on experience).

• Deliver client projects from start to finish, including quoting and planning.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and maintain alignment with brief and any SLAs.
• Serve as the key client contact, providing regular status updates and monitoring timelines.
• Maintain service excellence and ensure projects remain within agreed parameters.

• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external contacts.
• Strong listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Good computer and numeracy skills.
