High end Residential Developer with developments in Kent, London and Essex.

Predominantly constructing Apartments, Town-Houses and creating large high specification communities.

Some high rise, some multi-unit.

Complicated sites, split into phases.

This Developer urgently seek a Project Manager/ Senior Site manager who has a proven track record in management and has worked with known/ recognised Developers. It is possible to also have main contracting experience but you must have worked with a Developer.
