Project Manager - Global IT & Multi-Site Projects - Bulgaria

For our customer we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects and small programs, managing end-to-end responsibilities including planning, execution, vendor coordination, and communication, in line with business objectives and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create project planning on a per-location basis according to urgency
• Align with Vendor/Service Providers/DK Classical Datacenter team and local contacts on hardware requirements for each location
• Keep track of hardware orders and delivery times
• Change Management - open changes for life cycle activities and present them to CAB
• Lead migration calls
• Manage reporting

Key Requirements

• 4-7 years of project management experience in a relevant area
• Experience in Infrastructure/Cloud project implementations
• Experience with medium-scale projects in IT or business, including managing interdependencies and multiple vendors
• Medium infrastructure knowledge, basic networking, VM migration expertise, medium Azure expertise
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (eg, PMI, PRINCE2) and familiarity with agile approaches (eg, Scrum, Kanban)
• Understanding of the financial impact of project decisions on business performance and long-term strategy
• Solid understanding of financial metrics, cost structures, and budget planning
• Proactively takes initiative and adapts to changing business needs and project requirements
• Exceptional communication skills; able to manage expectations and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in project planning and scheduling tools (eg, Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Open Workbench)
• Effective influencing and negotiating skills; manages stakeholder expectations across departments and vendors
• Identifies risks and roadblocks early; proposes effective solutions and escalates when needed
• Strong analytical skills; able to generate insights from complex data sets and apply them to project decisions

Nice to Have

• Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe)
• Experience in international/global IT organizations
