Location: North West (Liverpool, Wirral & Manchester, with occasional travel)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Career Progression Opportunities

We're looking for an ambitious and driven Project Manager to join a growing contractor delivering facilities management, maintenance, refurbishment and building services projects across a varied portfolio of public sector, education, commercial and retail environments.

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from initial enquiry and quotation through to completion and client handover.

You'll be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing project finances, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple FM, maintenance and refurbishment projects from inception to completion
• Scope works, organise surveys and coordinate project delivery
• Prepare quotations and review project costs
• Manage budgets, variations, profitability and financial performance
• Coordinate subcontractors and site-based teams
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships
• Monitor project progress, quality and programme targets
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures
• Produce project reports and communicate progress to stakeholders

About You

• Assistant Project Manager
• Junior Project Manager
• Intermediate Project Manager
• Site Manager looking to move into project management
• FM or Building Services professional with project responsibility
