Project Manager - FM

Project Manager Wanted - Liverpool 6 month FTC

I'm working for a public sector organisation to recruit a project manager for 6 months, to oversee the onboarding of a new building into the estate.
In this role you will be responsible for making sure the property is safe, compliant and fit for purpose as part of the onboarding process. You will oversee minor works, refurbishments, and ensure the building meets all H&S and compliance regulations.

Salary: 40-45k (pro rata)
Immediate start
6 month+ FTC

Core duties will involve:

- Overseeing minor works and refurb projects
- Procuring contractors
- Ensuring building meets compliance
- Working with IT teams to coordinator transition
- Liaise with staff in terms of moving teaching spaces
- Oversee disposal of unwanted furniture and fittings

Requirements:

- Knowledge of buildings compliance and H&S
- Project management experience
- Experience within estates/FM/construction industry
- Communication skills
