Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to support Digital Supply Chain initiatives with a strong focus on AI programs and Digital System Governance.

The mission of this role is to lead the structured evaluation of a portfolio of digital tools currently categorized as services and assess whether they should be governed as formal digital systems. Where applicable, the Project Manager will ensure full alignment with digital governance and compliance standards.

This role operates at the intersection of Supply Chain, Digital Technology, and AI transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate Digital Supply Chain AI initiatives and governance-related projects end-to-end

  • Drive structured assessments to determine service vs. system classification of digital tools

  • Ensure compliance with digital governance standards for tools identified as systems

  • Manage project planning, timelines, budget tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation

  • Align cross-functional stakeholders across business and digital teams

  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements

  • Facilitate AI use-case workshops (value identification, feasibility assessment, roadmap definition)

  • Support prioritization and follow-up of initiatives across governance and delivery streams

  • Contribute to incident tracking and resolution processes when required

Profile & Experience

  • 2 to 8 years of experience in Project Management (intermediate to advanced level)

  • Proven track record in IT/Digital project delivery

  • Experience in Supply Chain environments (Logistics, Operations, or Clinical Supply is a plus)

  • Exposure to AI-driven initiatives or digital transformation programs is highly valued

  • Strong business analysis capabilities
