As a Project Manager based in London, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of business operations by overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects. Your day to day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various departments-including Technology, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and HR-to ensure seamless delivery of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have CRM or Lead Management experience. The roleholder will bring a wealth of experience managing large scale projects across international boundaries. Your proven track record working alongside culturally diverse teams will enable you to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with empathy and understanding. You possess advanced skills in both Agile frameworks and traditional methodologies-allowing you to tailor your approach according to each project's unique requirements. Your proficiency using industry standard tools ensures efficient tracking of milestones while keeping all parties informed through clear communication channels. A background in technical platforms or solution implementation equips you with the insight needed for successful delivery.

  • Oversee end to end project management activities from initiation through to completion, including scoping, set up, delivery, and benefit realisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to align executives at global and regional levels as well as employees with varying priorities towards common project goals is highly valued.
  • Experience implementing both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Formal certification in recognised Project Management methodologies such as PMP, DSDM, PRINCE2 or Agile SCRUM demonstrates your commitment to professional excellence.
  • Strategic thinking coupled with sound business acumen allows you to ensure every initiative aligns with broader organisational objectives for long term value creation.
  • Experience with technology implementations such as CRM, ERP, or Leads Management.
