Project Manager - Construction

A well-established and rapidly growing main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team for a residential housing project in Roscrea, Tipperary. This is a key role for an individual with proven experience in managing residential construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day to day operations of the residential housing project.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the project team to achieve optimal performance.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager on residential housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to the site regularly.
