Projects: Large-scale Residential & Commercial

Essentials: Construction Degree; 5+ years' construction Project Management experience in Ireland; Strong building and concrete frame experience.

Location: Galway

Salary: €90,000 - €110,000 DOE

Package: Company car, pension, and more.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery including programme, procurement, design coordination, health & safety, quality, logistics, BIM, and M&E integration.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, identify risks, implement mitigation measures, and provide regular progress reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Chair project, coordination, health & safety, and quality meetings while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project partners.
• Drive a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all site activities while mentoring and developing project team members.
