Get Out More is a community interest company using nature to improve health and wellbeing. We're looking for a Project Manager to develop and deliver community-based outdoor projects.

You will:

• Manage a range of impact focused, nature-based projects
• Work collaboratively with communities, partners and stakeholders
• Manage budgets, timelines and reporting
• Deliver high-quality outdoor sessions (play, forest school, wellbeing)

You'll need:

• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Experience in ensuring Impact is at the heart of projects
• Passion for outdoor, nature-based work

Desirable: Forest School Level 3 (or similar), Outdoor First Aid, own transport
Training available for the right candidate.

• Salary £27000 - £29500 - Salary dependent on skills, experience and qualifications
