Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Out

Location: London Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

An exciting opportunity to join a top UK project and cost management consultancy renowned for delivering iconic, design-led commercial workplaces. You will deliver London HQs for some of the world's leading Legal, Tech, Media, and Banking clients-projects that help define the London skyline.

You will deliver high-profile CAT A and B fit-outs (8,000 to 30,000 sq ft), managing projects through all RIBA stages, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and driving contract management-particularly under JCT conditions. Your role will be pivotal in delivering complex, fast-paced workplace environments with premium client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycles from feasibility to completion across all RIBA stages
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder communications
• Oversee contract administration, especially JCT contracts
• Ensure delivery on cost, programme, quality, and compliance targets

What you bring

• 5+ years consultancy experience in project management or cost management
• Proven success delivering commercial office fit-outs for high-profile clients
• Strong knowledge of RIBA stages and JCT contract management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
