Project Manager - Brand New Project

Inform3 are recruiting a Project Manager for an extremely reputable tier 1 company that has worked on a variety of prestigious projects in the commercial, education, technology and industrial sectors. Award winning contractor with an emphasis on quality and a turnover of €260m. Would typically work on projects worth €50m-€70m.

Salary: €90,000 - €105,000

Job Responsibilities (The Role)

• Liaise with the Site Manager and Contracts Manager
• Delivering projects on schedule and in line with the budget
• Develop project plans and schedules and execute plans to achieve agreed outcomes
• Comply with the Health & Safety aspects of the project in line with company policies and procedures.
• Co-ordinate project activities in accordance with company Quality System, Standard Quality Procedures and Engineering Specifications.
• Supervising & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery
• Preparing necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits
• Preparing and concise planning of daily functions

Job Requirements

• Background in Engineering, Construction Management or anything of the same discipline
• Experience in Tier 1 construction
• At least 4 years of experience in a PM role
• Good IT skills e.g., ability to use Microsoft products
• Quick thinker with problem solving skills
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Ability interpret and create contractual requirements
