Project Manager - Biopharma CAPEX Operations

Project Manager - Biopharma CAPEX Project Manager to lead, coordinate and deliver CAPEX project onsite supporting and optimizing throughout. Job Purpose Execute project plans, budgets, timelines and resource allocations for large-scale Biopharma CAPEX projects. Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of all phases. Proactive drive Safety and Quality focus throughout project lifecycle. Prepare and present regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders. Primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, technical consultants, and regulatory bodies. Lead / motivate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Ensure effective communication / collaboration between engineering, procurement, and quality assurance. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Manage project budgets, ensure cost control and adherence to financial target. Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders and senior management. Mentor and provide guidance to the team. Enforce compliance with all relevant laws, policies and regulations. Conduct regular risk assessments and update stakeholders on potential issues. Requirements: 5-8 years in the Life Science/Biotech industry, 3+ years specifically in Project Management. Technical Degree or Master's in a relevant field. Experience in Portfolio Resource Management and Business Case Development. Strong influencing skills, ability to resolve conflicts, and lead multinational teams. Proven track record of continuous improvement and problem solving in manufacturing environments. Expertise in use of Smartsheets, MS Project, and Trackwise (or other Change Control systems)
