This senior project manager position offers strong exposure to high-impact transversal projects, including ECM, X, and integrated workflows. Our client is a recognized Swiss financial institution with a strong local presence and a clear vision in digital, excellence, and long-term stability. The bank is currently undergoing a deep transformation of its corporate client processes, document flows, and internal workflows. The digitalization and paperless initiatives are already in production and continue to expand, with several projects running in parallel. The culture combines Swiss robustness with a delivery-oriented approach. Project teams work closely with business units, owners, and management, offering high visibility and real impact on the bank's operations.Missions - Manage and deliver complex transversal digital projects related to the corporate client lifecycle. - Drive initiatives related to Enterprise Content Management (ECM), document flows, onboarding, and changes in client circumstances. - Coordinate business, digital, and functional teams' stakeholders and detailed requirements when necessary. - Ensure the production deployment of large-scale projects, including "big bang" rollouts. - Act as a project manager capable of handling detailed tasks in the absence of Business Analysts. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and workflows. - Manage multiple projects in parallel in a high-pressure environment while ensuring quality, timelines, and the achievement of goals. Profile - Proven experience as a senior project manager in the banking sector or exposure to digital and transformation projects. - Understanding of client lifecycle processes and/or ECM environments. - Ability to produce clear and structured functional specifications. - Results-oriented approach with a strong hands-on capability. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Comfort with multidisciplinary and transversal teams. - Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects. - Fluent in French; good professional level in English.
