Project Manager - Air Conditioning & Ventilation Role

Project Manager required for a well-established specialist Air Conditioning contractor based in North-West London.

You will lead complex air conditioning projects from start to finish: planning and programming, procurement, applications for payment, invoicing, supply chain & final accounts, client variations, validations, commissioning, BMS, and full project delivery.

Although AC is the core focus, ventilation and a wide range of mechanical knowledge would also be beneficial.

Package

• Total package up to £75,000
• Base salary approximately £59,000 per annum
• £6,000 car allowance
• Highly competitive bonus structure - can achieve around £10,000
• Rail card covering Zones 1-6

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' UK experience as a Project Manager within an AC-specialist contracting company
• Strong technical knowledge of air-conditioning systems (design, installation, commissioning)
• Good working understanding of ventilation and general mechanical/plumbing matters
• Hands-on experience with planning/programming, procurement, applications for payment, invoicing, client variations, final accounts and project close-out procedures
• Comfortable overseeing commissioning, BMS coordination, site validations, and liaising with clients and subcontractors
