ICDS has been retained by a Tier 1 residential developer to recruit a Project Management team for the design and construction of large scale residential developments across Dublin City and County, as well as Meath and Kildare, on both sides of the M50 corridor.

These projects include high rise apartment schemes in Dublin's Docklands alongside traditional housing and low rise residential developments throughout the greater Dublin region.

• Site Manager
• Quantity Surveyor
• Site Engineer
• General Foreman / Site Agent
• Safety Officer

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have proven experience in residential construction and a strong understanding of project delivery from design through to handover.
