As part of its activities and the continuity of its services, the hospital is creating a position for a PMO to structure its project approach and strengthen its capacity for management and crisis response.Project Management Officer & Crisis Management LeaderYour mission: Structure and pilot the project approach of the establishment, support teams in conducting cross-functional projects, and contribute to the implementation and execution of the crisis management system, in support of management.Main activities:- Define and deploy a methodology and project governance suitable for the hospital context.- Oversee and monitor the portfolio of cross-functional projects of the establishment.- Support and equip project managers and proponents (medical, nursing, and technical teams).- Participate in change management actions related to the deployment of monitoring, reporting, and decision support tools on behalf of management.- Contribute to the implementation and execution of the crisis management system (monitoring of actions).- Capitalize on feedback from project and crisis experiences in a continuous improvement approach.We are looking for a profile that meets the following criteria:- Bachelor's degree +4/5 (management, project management, health, engineering or equivalent).- Experience (5 to 10 years) in project management or PMO, ideally in a hospital environment.- Experience in crisis management is a plus.- Proficiency in project management methods and tools.- Ability to structure, formalize, and pilot cross-functional approaches.- Knowledge of the hospital sector or strong interest in its challenges.- Sensitivity to crisis management, risk, and business continuity.- Proficiency with digital tools.- Excellent communication and teaching skills.- Cross-functional leadership and ability to unite.- Rigor, sense of responsibility, and reliability.- Adaptability, composure, and ability to prioritize in stressful contexts.We offer:- Type of contract: Permanent- Percentage: 100%- Remote work possible jid1592b63aen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
