Project Lead Marketing & Supply Chain activities

Our client is a globally recognised FMCG company, known for its iconic chocolate brands and active in other consumer categories such as pet care. With one of the largest chocolate production sites in the world, the Veghel facility plays a key role in the company's European operations and supply chain network.As Project Lead Marketing & Supply Chain Activities, you will oversee cross-functional projects across the Benelux market. You are responsible for coordinating commercial and operational initiatives, ensuring alignment between departments such as marketing, supply chain, and logistics. This is a strategic coordination role - you won't be executing tasks yourself, but you will ensure others deliver on time and according to plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor marketing and supply chain activities across departments
• Align with stakeholders and ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Identify project risks and escalate when necessary
• Support a high-impact product launch planned for Q4
• Provide updates on project status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership
• Contribute to data tracking and project reporting (approx. 10-15%)

Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in project or activity management, preferably within the FMCG sector or an international, structured business environment
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and organisational skills; proactive and structured
• Fluent in English (Dutch is an advantage)
• Available to travel to Veghel at least 2 days per week
• Available on short notice (preferred)
• Minimum availability of 32 hours per week
