Project Lead

Exciting opportunity to join a growing engineering organisation, as our client looks to appoint a Project Lead to oversee project delivery across their Dublin-based operations.

Our client is a well established engineering and manufacturing business delivering bespoke solutions to a range of industries. With a strong reputation for quality and technical expertise, they manage projects from design through to build and installation.

Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, the client are now seeking an experienced Project Lead to manage delivery, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Based in Dublin, the successful Project Lead will take responsibility for managing projects from initial planning through to completion, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing projects from concept through to installation and handover
• Coordinating internal teams across engineering, production, and site activities
• Managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope
• Overseeing quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
• Identifying and resolving risks or delays in a timely manner
• Providing regular progress updates and reporting to senior management
• Supporting continuous improvement across project delivery processes

This role will suit candidates with strong project management or supervisory experience within an engineering, manufacturing, or construction environment.

• Proven experience in a Project Lead, Project Engineer, or Senior Supervisor role
• Background in engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, or similar technical environment
• Strong understanding of project delivery and coordination
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Strong communication and problem solving ability
• Self motivated with the ability to take ownership of projects
• Full, clean driving licence

• Salary: €60,000 - €65,000
