Responsibilities

• Assist in lead mining, qualifying, segmenting and other lead management works based on a data-driven approach.
• Work with the team to build showcases and case studies, including targeting, performance tracking and analysis.
• Operate and incubate TikTok Commerce via different channels such as external communities, emails, phone calls, online/offline events, helping with daily operation, related data consolidation and analysis to boost their growth.
• Assist in market research and produce insights to feed the team targets and business strategies.
• General administrative support to the operation team.
• Other miscellaneous/administrative responsibilities as required by management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating in 2026.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated learning ability, pro active and resilient, able to cope well under pressure, and pay attention to detail.
• A team player with excellent organizational & planning skills.
• The ability to measure performance based on data analysis.
• Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated computer skills and familiarity with MS office applications. Data processing using SQL or tableau is a plus.
• Familiar with the E commerce market and social media trends.
