Project Engineer

Location: Site-based across Dublin, Wicklow & Wexford

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead the delivery of complex industrial utilities and process optimisation projects, including steam, compressed air, pumping, heat recovery, motors, VSDs and process control systems.

This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you will manage projects from concept and design through installation, commissioning and handover, working directly with industrial customers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal engineering teams.

This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys hands on site delivery, technical problem-solving, project leadership and driving measurable energy savings in industrial environments.

KeyResponsibilities

• Leadassignedprojectsfromscopethroughinstallationandcompletion
• Coordinatesubcontractors,suppliers,internalengineersandsiteteams
• Managebudgets,projectschedulesandclientcommunication
• Overseeinstallationplanning,commissioningandsiteexecution
• Ensureprojectsaredeliveredsafely,ontimeandwithinbudget
• Driveproblemresolutionacrosstechnicalandoperationalworkstreams
• Monitorprojectcosts,forecastspendandimplementcorrectiveactionswhererequired
• Maintainhighcustomer-servicestandardsandstrongclientrelationships
• Supportcontinuousimprovementacrossprojectdeliverysystemsandstandards

• 5+years'experiencedeliveringindustrialengineeringorCAPEXprojects

• Provenbudgetownershipandschedulemanagementcapability
