X architectural, and sustainability?driven projects across complex, multidisciplinary environments cutting?edge technologies and high?performance infrastructure.DescriptionDevelop preliminary and detailed project studies (SIA) for sanitary and medical fluid systems X infrastructure.Produce technical documents, plans, schedules and budgets using CAD/BIM X compliance and approval processes.Conduct technical analyses and with architects, internal engineering units and workshop managers to design safe, cost?efficient and monitor technical project execution (SIA), including planning, cost control, tendering and contractor selection.Prepare execution drawings and detailed design documents aligned with quality requirements and project phases.Oversee commissioning, acceptance procedures, warranty follow?up and close?out on?site activities ensuring deadlines, quality, safety and standards are construction and internal procedures relevant to healthcare infrastructure.Contribute to continuous improvement including BIM X within a Quality Management System X on technical developments.ProfileTechnician degree in Sanitary Engineering or least 5 years experience as sanitary technician or project designer; technical drafting experience considered a knowledge of construction norms (SIA), directives and requirements relevant to healthcare infrastructure.Proficiency in Revit (required), with Autocad and Office tools being project management abilities with autonomy X ?scale technical projects.Excellent and skills with multi?stakeholder environments.Analytical mindset with the ability to propose system X energy?efficient solutions.Ability to work within quality?controlled environments and contribute to continuous level B2 minimum X off?schedule interventions ( , network shutdowns).Job OfferThe opportunity to shape critical infrastructure supporting high?quality healthcare technical environment combining cross?disciplinary and high potential for professional growth within healthcare institution with a potential permanent role. jid2d38611aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
