Are you a seasoned engineer with a passion for delivering complex projects in a fast-paced GMP environment? We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineerto play a pivotal role. If you thrive on managing end-to-end equipment installation, start-up, and testing with precision and leadership, this is your chance to make an impact in a dynamic, cutting-edge setting.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the preparation of project deliverables including schedules, work plans, and equipment cost tracking.
  • Coordinate seamlessly across stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Manage installation, start-up, and testing of key equipment systems through OQ completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are ready for PQ and PPQ phases.
  • Monitor project costs and milestones, providing clear status reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Support site and project teams to incorporate stakeholder input into design and execution.
  • Liaise with vendors, business partners, and SMEs across thenetwork as needed, including travel for vendor visits and FATs.
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of a B.Sc. or M.Sc./M.Eng Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 8 years of post-academic experience in GMP processing design and start-up environments.
  • Proven experience leading projects and managing diverse teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working within GMP environments is highly advantageous, especially with small groups of project engineers.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working in a GMP environment with vendor visits and FAT processes.
  • Familiarity with process engineering within a pharmaceutical or biotechnological setting.
Preferred Education & Experience:
  • B.Sc. or higher degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred).
  • Extensive process engineering experience with a focus on GMP processing.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and team collaboration skills.
