We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead high-profile data centre construction projects in Austria. This role requires strategic oversight, operational leadership, and stakeholder management to ensure seamless project execution. • Lead the delivery of complex data centre construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and execute project strategies, ensuring alignment with business and client objectives.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and key suppliers.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
• Drive innovation and efficiency in project execution.

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a Project Director or senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering hyperscale or co-location data centre projects.
• Strong expertise in CSA packages for critical infrastructure projects - and must have Data Centre experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Data Centre Specialist credentials are an advantage.
• Experience managing large-scale projects across multiple European locations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Data Centre Experience is a must.
• German and English fluency is a must also.
