Project Director / Senior Project Manager - Tier 1 Building Contractor

Location: Near Cardiff, South Wales

Project Value: Circa £100m

Salary: Competitive + package

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a £100m+ construction project.

• Acting as Project Lead / No.1 on site.
• Direct reporting line to the Operations Director.
• Managing programme, commercial performance, quality, health & safety and client relationships.
• Leading, motivating and developing site and project teams.
• Driving build strategy, risk management and project governance.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, or Project Manager on large-scale building projects.
• Background working for a Tier 1 or large Tier 2 construction contractor.
• Experience delivering high-value (£50m-£100m+) construction projects.
• Strong leadership, commercial and client-facing skills.
• Ability to take full ownership and accountability for project delivery.
