Out client is currently looking for a Project Director that has vast experience with working in the water industry, the position will be either an Outside of IR35 contract or Inside of IR35 contract dependant on your preference. The role will be based in the Brighton area with the possibility of hybrid working but this is dependant on the projects requirements.

the client is looking for candidates that are experienced in the leadership of complex projects and/or programmes in a collaborative delivery environment with the preference leaning to the water sector. The correct candidate will have the ability to engage and build a strong stakeholder and partner relationships to achieve mutual success.

Candidates must have a good knowledge and working experience of CDM and construction & engineering management. It is preferred for candidates to have NEC PM accreditation and also be part of the association of project management APMP. The client will be looking for candidates that have excellent knowledge of contractual forms used for collaborative project delivery.
