Salary: £55,000 - £70,000
Location: Doncaster, Yorkshire (Will require travel and occasional overnight stays)
Hours: Full Time, Permanent 08.00 - 17.00 Flexibility required across working hours and days

A rapidly growing national environmental services organisation is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead, develop, and drive its civils operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a diverse civils programme of works across the UK. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver civil projects within the commercial, construction and water treatment industries across the UK
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring defined scopes, accurate programmes of work, and full QSHE compliance
  • Scope, estimate, and quote civils works with accuracy and timely turnaround
  • Monitor project progress, financial performance, and labour utilisation, taking corrective action where required
  • Attend sites to review proposals, RAMS, layouts, and ensure contractual requirements can be met
  • Manage all aspects of the colleague lifecycle including recruitment, training, performance, payroll, holidays, and scheduling
  • Support senior leadership in driving QSHE compliance and operational excellence
  • Manage accident/incident reporting, investigations, and implementation of learnings
  • Review and assess RAMS to ensure they remain fit for purpose

Essential Skills & Experience
  • IOSH or CITB SMSTS (5 Day) and valid CSCS card
  • 5-10 years' experience in civils/drainage planning and management within the water or civils sector
  • Proven experience as a Civils Construction Manager or Contracts Manager
  • Strong technical knowledge of industry standards, specifications, and CDM Regulations
  • Experience leading teams, developing talent, and managing performance
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
  • Valid UK driving licence
