Job Summary 
The Project Coordinator supports our Executive Producer and Artistic team to ensure our programme of activity is delivered to the highest artistic standards, centring access for the team and for the audiences and communities we make our work with and for.
Job DescriptionThe Project Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of the organisation's projects and programmes, working closely with the Exec Producer and collaborating with the wider team.
Key Responsibilities- Providing day to day administrative support across projects, including organising meetings, taking notes or minutes, maintaining clear, accessible and organised paperwork.
- Developing and managing schedules and diaries for the team, helping keep projects on track.
- Actively participating in team meetings, training, and professional development activities.
- Preparing Access To Work claims for the Exec Producer.
- Assisting with funding research and preparing information for applications and reports.
- Supporting project planning by gathering information, updating budgets, and processing invoices in a timely manner.
- Carrying out research to support projects, including identifying potential appropriate freelancers, tools, and equipment.
- Supporting project delivery in person and online, including coordinating artists, partners, and participants.
- Helping with rehearsals and events, including sourcing materials and assisting with set up and pack down where needed.
- Contributing to project documentation and social media content in collaboration with the team.
- Representing the organisation at events when needed, maintaining a professional presence with partners and stakeholders.
- Working in line with organisational policies, including safeguarding, internally and externally, and upholding STL's values at all times.
- The role requires flexibility, including occasional evening and weekend work to support events.
- 1-2 years' experience coordinating multiple tasks & priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workload.
- Flair and enthusiasm for good administration, with a high level of accuracy & eye for detail that can catch errors.
- Proven experience of working collaboratively with a team.
- Good problem solving skills, with the ability to think logically, take initiative and respond to challenges.
- Proven competence & confidence working with numbers, data entry, & standard IT systems (including Microsoft Office).
- Ability to produce clear, well formatted, accessible documents.
- A willingness & enthusiasm to learn on the job.
- Good communication skills & the ability to work with a wide range of people, with an approachable demeanour & a listening ear.
- A positive, flexible approach & the ability to respond to changing project & people's needs.
- An interest in contemporary theatre.

Part time role: 24 hours over 3 days per week.
