Your Role:
As a key player in the project team, you'll be the bridge between the Project Manager, on-site teams, and clients-ensuring everything stays on track and communication flows seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for calls, emails, and messages.
- Support the Project Manager with daily tasks and project coordination.
- Organize team schedules to boost productivity.
- Facilitate communication between site teams, suppliers, and clients.
- Maintain and improve internal systems and processes.
